iwood panels: A wood based material for the furniture and wood construction industry

iwood panel s are needed wherever there is a demand for a  lightweight and solid board which is easy to grind, saw, plane, drill, screw and glue with common tools. The fact that the product is soluble in water makes it a recyclable construction (for example for door fillings or multilayer sandwich panels) and furniture material that is rivalled only by natural timber.

There has still a lot of research to be done until an industrial production process has been achieved, but first prototypes can be built already.
